Gramlights titanium lip wheels

anyone here knows where i can get these wheels. Only place i know of is a shop in Hawaii (Vakamon Motorsports)

Can you guys help me out please...

However, they look fawking amazing!

^^ oh i dont know....it will basically be for show only. But im not goin to get it any more kuz it comes in 17 and up. wouldnt look right on a 99 civic hatch.
