Default Question about B16A SiR1 First Generation

Is it possible to just bolt up a new Hydraulic transmission from a 94 and up Ls or gsr or B series transmission to b16a first gen? If so how does it work and what else would i need?

its as reliable as a 10+year old engine can be
its just like changing a transmission on any car
look, if you can. just get a second gen engine and save yourself ALOT of headaches.
