there are two different b series timing belt covers...obd1 and obd2...As long as the engine is obd2 itll have the same lower cover...HOWEVER, that doesnt mean you cant use the obd1 cover as well..So answer is yes

I just sent an obd2 oil pump back because my b16a3 lower timing cover wouldn't fit it.
If there is a way to make this fit PLEASE share because I cant find an obd1 oil pump anywhere
