How bad will my b18a run on a DX ecu ??

oh you didnt say that...see when we think of dx ecu, we are talking about 88-91 crx/civic dx which is dpfi not mpfi...n/m my ecu isnt for you...
haha, ya seriously dude, ya gotta specify as this IS an ef forum and the vast majority of us are obd0. the dx ecu will be just fine until you get cash for a p75. obviosly your fuel maps will be for a 1.5L 105hp motor instead of a 1.8L 142 hp motor.
The DX ECU will run the motor. But it will be running on the lean side, obviously. Running a motor lean is not the best thing to do, as it can cause detonation. But I am not sure how bad the situation is with a 1992-1995 DX ECU. I would get the proper ECU ASAP.
As for the PR4, it actually comes in two flavors. There is the early OBDI (or non-OBD, if you prefer) 1990-1991 PR4. This ECU will not work with your wiring and distributer. Then there is the OBDI 1992-1993 PR4. This ECU is almost identical to the 1994-1995 P75 and will run your motor perfectly.

haha, i have about 3000 pics on this comp and i cant remember which one i used for the avatar. and what stormin said is pretty much what i said. also he is right aboutt the ecu's. 92 was teh first year for obd1 in hondas so a dist from 92-95 will work.
