Default help: swap, parts need ZC

ok SOHC ZC motor...direct swap into my 88 CRX SI...enigne is missing injectors, i can use the SI ones off my D16a6? its also missing the sensor next to the oil filter...is that the oil pressure switch or thermal switch? again i can use all the d16a6 ones if i missing any right?

ok for tranny..the motor comes with tranny, intermediate shaft...not sure if its the ZC but i'll know tm...if its the ZC int shaft...i just need 90-93 integra axles and take out dust ring on the hub? will it fit my 88 hubs? i'm about confused about reading all the search cuz some ppl said 87-89 integra axes...and otehr said some accord ones....

for the clutch..i kno 88 has 20 splines? 89-91 has 21 or something...and the 88-89 has smaller clutch surface then the 90-91....so is there a way of telling the year for tranny and flywheel?? if i decide to just use my SI tranny off my 88 CRX SI for now...can i just use the flywheel from the a6 bolt it up to the ZC and use the clutch i'm using now? will my current axles be ok? only thing axles has to be mate with is tranny correct?

also for seals...all the same as the a6..such as crank, rear, valve cover, cam, only thing different is the tranny axles seal right?

help me if i'm incorrect...i want to order all parts by this week so i can get the swap going ASAP....

SOHC ZC is pretty much the same motor as the D16a6 that was in your car. All your old parts will swap over.

just use your tranny axles clutch and flywheel. the zc tranny has better gears but worse final drive. if you really want to you could put the zc gearsets in your SI tranny and have a very short OEM tranny. no point in using the zc tranny unless its got the LSD.

everything else is identical to your a6

crank pulley might look differant, they are interchangeable though. as for the tranny not coming off, you have the starter off??? if so you might just have to fight it, mine was a bitch too, had to smack the crap out of it. oh, you have the inspection plate off???

some ppl said the SOHC ZC tranny...u can just use the SI axles and be fine..its the DOHC ZC tranny that u need intermediate shaft....but isn't the tranny the same?......

and since it came with no intermediate shaft...the ZC tranny i can't use....

if i use my 88 SI tranny..can i just use the flywheel, clutch setup on my current motor and swap it on the SOHC...i mean the flywheel will be ok right?

ok did some more searching...found out that the 88 SI crank pulley might not fit because of the snout diameter? anyone confirm this?

dont assume its basically the same, assume its IDENTICAL with a differant engine code.
