do i need the lower tranny & motor mounts if i have a full poly mount kit? cus i'm buying all the energy suspention stuff that i need so i wanted to know if i need those mount. so sure i keep them? if so i'm going to order the poly kit for that

 

what car is the poly inserts for?

on my DC the poly incerts were in the torque mounts (lower engine mounts).

 

you don't need those mounts as long as you are using aftermarket STIFF mounts on the main 3 mounts

 

ok there not going to be inserts, there cheap wana be mounts kits, so i guess if i get the stiffys a gan tottaly get rid of those 2 lower mounts on the froun of the tranny and a the froun of the motor
