Intermittent wipers with a mind of their own...? 90 Integra
So here's the deal.
My intermittent wipers will either be intermittent, or full on.
Are they controlled by a relay, or an ICM like a G3?

You need to either replace the ICM or You can attempt to fix it, goto G2IC.com and look at the Teg Tips section. You can find the list of parts you need, and how to fix it there. Goodluck.
