how do I replace the light bulbs for my fog lights on a 4 door civic >

One of the bulbs on my fog lights is burned out. How do I replace it ? Their the oem kind.
If you want help you'll have to be a lot more specific. Year and model of Civic?
Most of the time you simply look at the light and are able to figure it out on your own if you're even slightly mechanically inclined, if not, take it to a garage, that's what they're there for.

its a 1992-1995 civic 4 door. i got them apart now but i was trying to see if there was a easier way of doing it without having to take the bumper apart.
This is the first time that I had a set of foglight on any of my civics. this fogs use a h3 bulb so its weird.
