HELP: When i turn on the wipers, the 20 AMP Fuse keeps blowing!!
like the title says it, on my 92 Si Hatch,
if i turn my wipers on they sweep lets say one cycle, up then down...then dont move anymore and i check my fuse..and everytime its burned..so i though aww maybe the motor is pulling too much juice..so i changed it...same dam thing happens again...so i tampered with the switch...it was all guuiie so i cleaned off the connectors a little...plugged everything back in...gave it a go...same DAM thing again...
i give up i dont know what the problem is...maybe the switch is fucked?? its the only thing i didnt try replacing...but a side from that..what could it be?
they were working fine...and then one day bam!
HElp please

you also could have a switch that is shorting to ground. what it sounds like is that switch is getting hot and blowing the fuse. posible switch because if it was a direct short to ground the fuse would blow instantly when you put it in. i would go after the switch next.
