No, the high beams are not done yet. They work just fine but are rigged to use regular bulbs temporarily. They will be HID as well, but I ran out of time to work on the car today. The TSX cutoffs have been removed so that they shine like high beams should.
I will take some more pics as I go. I want to take some pictures of the cutoff and some shots shining down the road.

silly question, but was the jb weld really necessary, or somewhat overkill for peace of mind?
i figure something like threadlock would do just fine.

is that black bracket where the TSX lights are bolted to part of the stock Integra headlight? or is that part of the TSX headlight? and as already asked, how do you aim them? same as stock headlight?

The JB Weld was just for piece of mind. There is no need to be pulling my bumper off and having to crack the housing open again in a thousand miles just because I skipped something simple. I figure that there are plenty of vibrations in any car, let alone a Type-R...
As far as "the black bracket", that is part of the integra headlight. It floats inside the housing and pivots with the adjustment screws that are on the back. It aims just like a stock setup, up/down and left/right.

No, I picked the clearest set (of aftermarket) I could find. These have zero lines on the (outer) lenses. The lines will cause your cutoff to be less sharp. Besides, retrofitting the second set of headlights did two things for me. 1.) I had lights in the car while I was working on the retro and... 2.) I can always go back to stock later.

Re-Assembled Housings:

if you look at the two the glass is completely different.
Jon D commented how good my lights were and asked if they were HID, to which i replied no, completely OEM halogen lights.
would there be much of a difference? i always thought OEM ITR lights were gash, and i'm getting HID's soon.
any experts care to comment?

I'm no expert, but after putting my visualdynamics 4300k kit in, the immediate foreground in front of the car was very bright and impressive, however I feel I lost a lot of lighting distance. Not to mention the halogen specific housings created hot spots and obviously glare. Having noticed all of this thanks to some **** recommendation by a buddy to drive between AB and BC during the moose infested darkness....
Aiming them down is seriously a bitch bandaid solution and only compounds the problem of having them light up the snakes in the grass - and when parked side by side next to an OEM JDM HID setup, color, cutoff, depth, and distance were all visibly superior compared to what I call my "fancy riceboy blinglights."
If anybody is going to do it, they should do it right with a proper retrofit. I would have been much happier in the end doing what KOALA YUMMIES did with his external driving HID lights.

I agree, this IS a proper retrofit. Here is a quick nite shot as requested:

Right...and I was proper aware of that fact. I was replying to tartje's question.
BTW nice setup, those lenses confuse me too, but I have a '97 front clip and I guess there's variation between the 98+ housings as tartje appears to have pointed out.
