Clean what you work on first.

 

your pulling your torch away from the work when your done. set your post slightly higher and leave it at the end of your puddle. also clean your working its nasty looking. High Quality Welds Start with surface prep

 

Were you using filler? It doesn't look like it....
Are you using 100% Argon? Also what is your flow at?

It is evident that it is contaminated. Wire brush it and try again.

tepid1, yes 100% argon, at about 10 liters a min flow.

Man I gotta go to some classes and learn how to do some welding.

 

I did migging before this, so I got "some" prior experience... but this is a whole new game.
