b16a misfire

Default b16a misfire

i have a 91 civic with a jdm b16a swapped into it. recently when it start getting cold, the car would misfire occasionally. now it wont stop, once i start it its already misfire, the car runs extrememly rich. i have no idea what to do could somebody point me in the right direction?

have you pulled your spark plugs yet? is it consuming oil, coolant?

i replaced the spark plugs and it doesnt seem to be using an excess amount of oil or coolant

random misfire? or a cylinder in particular ? You can check this by pullin the plugs and grounding them to your engine (dont do this for extended amounts of time as you may burn a coil in your dizzy)

If it is a random misfire, then your dizzy is probably dying out, if it is isolated to a cylinder in particular, check your spark plug wire for continuity, resistance (Short ones should be like 4k ohms, and the longest like 10k ohms)
