i own a 96 civic and i am in the process of trying to do a 99 civic front end conversion on it i have allready purchased and installed the hood and the fenders. but i have purchased a oem front bumper and it doesnt line up with the mounts. i bought the bumper second hand so i dont know if there is anything wrong with it but it doesnt fit. i am ordering ctr headlights but i need to know if there is anything i need to do to make the bumper fit or if i am supposed to use a 96 bumper or is there something wrong with the bumer i have and do i need to order another one. if u have any suggestions or no what to do i would grately appreciate the help.

 

If I could remember right you have to cut out a small portion of the tab off.

do you know where there is a step by step at cause i have looked and cant find any i was told it was a dirrect bolt up but i have discovered they were wrong

it actually is not a step by step all the bolts on the bottom of the bumper dont line up.
but as long as u secure it Right it should be fine other than that it all should line up fine
u do not need the radiator support
