idea1:injen (cai) + Skunk2 mega power R exhaust + Hondata reflash
idea2:injen (cai) + hondata img + DC racheader + Skunk2 megapower R exhaust
so any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

idea1:Coilovers or loweting springs +injen (cai) + Skunk2 mega power R exhaust + Hondata img,Reflash + Rims + Boost
Of course with 1600 u would do the suspension and the intake first then do the rest in that order. Well at least thats how imma go about modding my car.
why do the reflash if the car is stock? or if u are only puttin on an exhaust and then doing the reflash. go for a bad *** suspension set up, and then start adding power. wait and get the reflash after u get the I/H/E and IMgasket. better suspension is something u will feel everytime u get in ur car and everytime u turn a corner. go with that. my $0.02
thanks for all the comments/suggestions, i see that most of you are saying go with a nice suspension set up. but suspension is not they way i want tog right now, and if i was going to be doing anything with the suspension i would say the most i would do is just lowering springs. but for now i want to go the power route. so lets say if i did go with my idea #1 what do you guys think i would be puttin down on the dyno?
Trust us. Go for the suspension first. You won't regret it. There's alot of performance upgrades still comin out for the FG2. Best bet is to wait and see and then compare everything once they're out. If you go all power now without a way to control it, then you're no better than a mustang. Upgrade all the stuff that you're gonna need to upgrade in order to control the car better once all the performance crap is on it (ex. better brakes, suspension, tires, motormounts, etc.)
YOu'll be happy in the end
Then again it's your choice pal. Just my thoughts!

how does a sway bar help ?

i would also go for a nice suspension. a tein kit would be nice. it's true it's harder to save up for a nice suspension because it's much more expensive than buying a simple intake or header. i might spend some of that money on new tires too.

When the vehicle corners heavily it creates body roll and some of the contact with the street from the tires is lost. The sway bar helps reduce this body roll improving the contact patch and overall handling of the vehicle, reducing the understeer that is notorious to most FWD cars.
Resulting in BETTER CONTROL of the vehicle!

I had the Hondata re-flash on my 05 RSX-S. I also had an Injen CAI and Greddy SP-2 exhaust just like Hondata recommends. When I sold the car to get my 07 Si sedan(baby on the way), I removed the intake and exhaust to sell them and drove the car without either one on. To my absolute surprise, the car STILL felt exactly the same. As someone who had a Hondata re-flash on almost the identical engine, I would HIGHLY recommend you get the re-flash, it is worth every penny and you will not regret it.
Im gonna wait till my warranty is out to get the reflash. Being that the ecu practically controlls the entire vehicle I would think that the reflash could completely void my warranty with only 10k miles on my car.
Plus i've been hearing some issues about the re-flash for the FG2 makin the car run lean. Is this true?
