I've jsut finish my Zc swap and god this motor is pulling very hard! the fact is i'm running a DX tranny and CRX SI ECU..... And man i have follow a 92-95 hatch b16 on the highway......... I'm in shock right now....!but i got to say... I love ZC from now on!

I've also race a 96 hatch Sir slightly modified.... and we've race on top speed and i've reach 230!!!!!!!!!!!!! But i was behind im...

Yea, the ZC is a good strong motor. I have been very happy with it (beat my fair share of imports) but right now... its getting old and sick

 

How does the DX tranny feel?? Im thinking abuot doing this and I have a DX...I can get the SI ecu as well....did that make a difference at all?

How hard was it bolting up the stock tranny to the ZC? that is what im real afraid of...what exactly is involved...??

And how long did it take you?

 

Should be straight forward if you use the same flywheel and clutch that the stock tranny was using.

 

Well I mean I dont get it, does it just bolt up and thats it, or do you have to connect anything...???
At this time Id like to chance my clutch since its basically fried.

 

bolt on job..... goes straith in....... the dx is longuer but, i guess, make you win in top speed..... I think it's why i rerach 230 km-h in the highway!....it's still nice on acceleration though
