Default '04 Civic Hybrid pavement noise reduction?

When the road surface gets rough the interior noise level goes up, need to turn radio up to hear words. Any suggestions to quiet it down?

Sound deadening material, like Dynomat, can reduce road noise in the cabin. But, often it's the tires making the noise. Get some higher quality tires, and you'll reduce road noise.

Is Civic Hybrid, and OEM tires worn at 40,000 miles, Were noisy, replaced with new Michelin X-Radials DT P185/70r14 87S BW tires. Have few bars across tread, was told by Audio system shop they make more noise. In Texas most time and new Chip and Seal recoated roads are much noiser. My Hearing Aid person said most auto noise is 750 Hertz frequence. I need something to absorb the noise. Question is where to start. I've put material with Alum. foil, tar like filler, and plastic with adhesive in all surfaces in trunk .
What is next most likely sound of transmitting road noise from tires?

if u really wanna do it right to eliminate most noise, ull have to guy ur interior, and lay the dynomat on the entirefloor + wheelwells.
