Definitely not, but the 98 spec plaque will.

i dont care about using the shifter console.. just wonderin if those 2 bolts to hold it down.. i need 1, im goin to use a buddy club short shifter for a rsx with rcrew plate, its goin to be exposed im not going to use that karcepts
