Default wiring prolem in eg hatch

i got an eg hatch when i click the switch over to the parking lights they don't come on at all [ no corner markers, or taillights]. but when i click it to the head light point on the switch the head lights are the only thing that comes on. again that means no markers and no taillights.

i checked all the fuses and they were all fine

Is this a recent problem, or have they never worked for you? Are all your switches and everything plugged in?

This is a fairly common issue for EG's. I have repaired several cars with this issue. Sometimes it will only happen when it is cold outside, then gets progressively worse.

The answer to the problem is the stalk itself that the headlight/parking light switch is on...gauranteed...not wiring issues. You can usually feel a little drag in the switch. You no longer have a defined...click..click in each position. I have seen them go bad and still feel fine though.

The [the stalks] are pretty easy to change. You don't even have to take the steering wheel off, just turn it at an angle. You remove the plastic housings around the column, remove some screws and the stalk unplugs. Find a parts car or junkyard

This is 100% gauranteed your problem.
