suspension question

Default suspension question

i lowered my hatch with tokico blues n tein springs but the rear is slanted..like the drivers side rear has a 1 finger gap and the passenger side has a two finger gap which is making my front right sit up high..could this be solve by a rear sway bar?the cars a 91 std.

not too sound like im being a *** but check the marks on the springs to make sure u have them on the right way {R} rear {F} front

yea double check the springs making sure they are in the right spot, cuz that sounds kinda weird.

im 100% sure that the springs are in the right place..i got the car lowered at a reputable shop in my area..which specialize in hondas..thnkx for the replies

yea they probably fucked up, everybody makes mistakes.
you wouldnt of happened to buy the springs off ebay did you?

Just becuase u had it done at a shop dosent mean they're all ase certified. I know most guys that get a jobs at performance shops. that dont know **** but because they know, how to use a tool right away they think there mechanics.

Check ur car out dude better safe then sorry takes like 10 mins out of ur day to double check

i would hate to see ur car get f-up from some *** that dont know any better

Check the the how the springs are seated on the spring perch of the shock. One of them maybe slightly twisted causing one side to be a little bit higher than the other.

Take it back to the shop.
Explain to them that you spent money at their shop and you want it done right.
Don't let them tell you that you need a rear sway bar.


Oh and ASE certified, LOL, the guys at PepBoys are ASE too, it just means they watched some video tapes not that they have engineering degrees.

thnkx for the replies..yah i looked at my suspension and found that my front right spring isnt all the way lined up at the spring perch..thnkx for the advice tho much appreciated..
