Have a 89 honda crx si hate body kits but there one that caught my eye the mugen

so i was thinking about doing the full out mugen kit on the jdm level with the.. wrap around bumper lights, sir rear bumper lights, jdm tail lights, mugen spoiler, mugen mr5 wheels, and sir one piece headlights, painted itr black any one think this is rice out my crx ?

well im building a show car integra and i was looking how bad i kept my crx for 6 years and figure now i should dress her up make her looks really good she always looked like a ghetto trash car never wanted anyone 2 look at it twice if u know what i mean lol but the cars always been a great sleeper and never let me down so what the hell right but i was never into body kits until i found out i had a long lost bro that makes replica Lamborghini and can make anything out of glass

i told u im a really nice guy just trying to make some friends dude i honestly have a sick acura and crx the acura im have my first turbo done by the great guys at Epic tuning there work is on turbo car are So damn sick my integra has the jdm front with the kima body kit my bro made for stricly forign while back but he actuly going to do it the way it should have being done since john rush him and wanted to have it out asap its getting done on my jdm front and then im goiong to have my h22 thats in it turbo all out drop 19,700 into soon as the cars back from my brother

 

Being honest you kinda dont sound like you are getting into this...you dont come in showing off ideas and say you turbo was installed by Epic tuning...contradictive...i dont know what ever glad to hear you have these "sick cars", but some of us here are trying to learn new things not just get show boated by a guy telling us to be resourceful then talking about body kits...edit: are you on a thread making craze today?

I dunno what I missed in the rest of the posts, but to the original topic...

I don't think the SiR head lights are "one piece" and I'm not sure what exactly SiR rear "bumper" lights are, but it's all about what you want your car to be. Rice or not, YOU have to be happy with it. The honda world we live in today is all about JDM this and that and all about NOT being rice. To be honest, it would be nice to see something different once in a while, even if some people think it's rice.

 

True i dont know the rear bumper light i seen only once on a jdm page lok kinda hot so i figure i would order them from honda and see if i like it on the car

but the one peice headlights wont work... they are for civics not crxs... i dont think that making them black would look nice, but i'm not u... i personally like the crisp & clear lenses & amber on the bottom

To the O.P.: If you like it then do it. No one else cares as long as you like it. I personally like the Mugen kits alot. The only one I would ever consider. Im off to bed, work early in the morning.

Please come up with some serious ideas or questions and we will do our best to help you. Otherwise the flaming will continue.

And if you want to dump all that money into your crx, then do it because YOU want to and not because everyone on H-T told you to.

Those mugen parts are a royal pain to a hold of



Cheapest way to get about the same styling is wingswest kit with the VIS jdm front end. Something along the lines of what I'm hoping to accomplish.
