type r rear suspension on Eg

Default type r rear suspension on Eg

what kinda of difference would it all make when you put type r rear lower control arms on an eg chassis?

The only difference i see is that one is made out of cast iron while the other is metal. And the style of the shock is differnet too.

Um, cast iron IS metal

they allow you to run type R coilovers, which tend to have higher springrates than civic ones

True, but you can get order custom spring rate like Ground-Control.

yeah, but if you find a good deal on coilovers that are for an ITR then ITR LCA's are the only option, ask me how I know

Oh btw, EG6 SiR use the same type of lca like the ITR. So, does the 88 civic/crx.

No difference whatsoever in the control arms alone - just two different mounting methods. No performance advantage.
