Default cleaning up welds???

I bought a harbor freight welder for like 89 bucks....I know cheap but it gets the job done. When I weld it spatters a little. I was wondering what kind of tool could I use to help clean it up. Like taking the roundness off the weld and polishing up a little. Im not looking to remove alot of material.

Grinding down the bead will reduce the strength of the weld.

If you've got to do it, a 4.5" angle grinder or die grinder will make quick work of it.
