no blinkers...

long story short my blinkers on the passenger side dont work....but driver side does....you can also hear the motor pulsing when i turn on the right side blinker...

maybe a short or ground....?

everyone says check the fuses....but their arent any fuses for blinkers...theres a relay...no fuses. and yes i did change the bulbs....
