I am thinking about buying a 1993 Honda Prelude 4WS. I was wondering if there have been any problems with these cars? Can they be lowered just as easy as any other Prelude? If anyone has any helpfull hints I would greatly appreciate it!
IT has the 2.3L with only 77K milles on it. 1 owner and the car has a new clutch and timing belt. I used to have a 1995 SE but I sold it a few months ago and now I am on the look out once again. Thank you.

 

even if they tell you that the 4ws has different suspension than the "standard" si preludes, they are not. the 4ws prelude uses the same struts and springs as the other models. so, yes, you can lower it just as easy as the other ludes.

 

thanks I appreciate it. i dont think im going to get the one I was looking at. The lady that owned it said that the car had a new motor put in recently and that the car,, besides the hood and roof was repainted. sounds fishy to me.
