Noob-Type Question: Vtec Cams into B18b1?

Are the profiles compatible? will they be beneficial? any issues with the teeth on the dizzy side?

Im just totally bored...and thought about asking a random *** question.....

more specifically, the architecture of the cam, the bearing surfaces, the lobes
everything is spaced differently and cannot be used interchangeably.
