The answer would have been simple had you provided us with the type of car you have. Simple answer with what you have provided search

CRX = CRX e-brake cables
Civic = Integra or Civic e-brake cables.

i have a 90 crx... i heard that you could use the DA brake cables, but they are a little long... & to me that tells me that i would have extra wire to rout... not a problem for me, but if it is in no way possible that i can use them just tell me... oh... & i have searched... i dont feel like going through pages of BULLSHIT of people wondering who is right or wrong... i have asked this question befor, but no one will ever give me a god damn straight answer... u know i just want to know can i use them yes or no, & if no, why not? besides the length, what is different?

all people say is what to use... not giving an explanation why they cant use the other one

Yes you can. I've done it. If you bolt all the brake cable brackets up where they should be the slack will be at the forward end of the the trailing arm. Just hide it under the car between the trailing arm and the body of the car where you make the toe adjustment. It's a lil ghetto but it works and its not noticeable.

As stated. Anything that isn't a CRX Si e-brake cable is longer and you will have to figure out what to do with the slack to make everything work properly and so that you don't snag a cable on something the car may drive over.
