Default Airflow problem

Okay, here's the deal, not a huge issue, but enough to really p!$$ you off. Last night, I turned the **** that controls airflow into the passenger compartment all the way up after my car was heated up. But, to my fantastic anger, no air was coming out of the vents. So, I took out the air filter, checked it, and no build-up, just a bit dusty. I checked the level of my coolant, also fine. Nothing seemed to be making sense. It still doesn't work. This morning, I was driving and going about 65-70mph and noticed a bit more air coming in than usual, I got excited, yadda yadda yadda, slowed down for a red light, and no more air. So, I've come to the conclusion that it may have something to do with the fans. Any suggestions/comments/help would be greatly apprectiated.

Well, here's some more that I forgot to even put in:

1991 Accord EX
Oil was changed/fluids topped off 1,300 miles ago
$19.83 of Unleaded 87 Octane fuel put in yesterday.
Has a small dent above front driver side fender.

Sorry, got carried away, what are you looking for in particular?

What color is the car?? LOL
From your description I'm going to guess the real problem is the fan isn't running?
The brushes in the blower motor get worn down and lose contact with the armature.
CAVEMAN test needs to be done
Turn on the key and set the blower speed to high, then reach up under the glove box and smack the crap out of the bottom of the blower unit; if the blower takes off running it means it needs to be replaced.

Okay, I went out and started it up, had the vents on full blast, hit the blower under the glovebox and nothing. I noticed the fans weren't moving at all when all of this was happening...

PLEASE OH GOD SOMEONE HELP!!

You know, I forgot until now, for about a week or two, sometimes, that particular cluster of ***** (temp and airflow) wouldn't light up when I turned on the car, sometimes they'd come on after a while, but mostly stayed off. Then, I could turn the car on and they'd be on. WTF?!
