i have a accord 98 ex, my rPm fluctuate every now and then and espically in the moring my car shuts down bc of the cold., and somtimes i be driving and all of sedden i will notice my car choking and not getting gas, i have to pull to the side and restartt he motor, then i will run fine all day. the chekc light is on too and its bc of the oxygen sensor. i took it to the shop and he did diagnostic on it, they guy told me a lot of thing like he is gona replace the ideal speed motor and e-vap solinoid and oxygen sensor. costing me like 650. do i really need it all this work or i can do it myself. and replace whatever i have to.. please advise.
