So I have an aluminium wheel that basically has a 4 inch long and 1 inch deep chunk missing from the inside lip of the wheel. I was wondering if anyone knows anyone that can weld another piece in there or whatever to fix it.

1 piece or is the lip a second piece?

 

if it is a one piece the wheel is toast...if it a multi piece then maybe you can send it out and have the hoop replaced

 

Do you have any picture of the damage? send me a pic or two. My neighbor and his friend owns a wheel repair shop. They fix all the damages wheels for rental car agencies and personal stuff. Send me a pic and i'll send it to them and seee if its fixable and how much it would be.
