2007 Civic GPS Navigation question
Hello, I am new to the forum!
I searched this forum and all over the internet but couldn't find anything about this... I really want to hack my display panel to allow and alternate input; like even a simple A or B switch so I can hook up my laptop and play movies, or use my own GPS like microsoft streets and trips.
I figure most people are afraid to hack their car but I don't care. I will have my Honda for life.... I mean there has to be someone that has done it. The most I can find is how to hack the startup background.. or use an Acurra map file DVD...
What hacks do you guys know about for the stock Nav display?

Pioneer AVIC-Z1.
I am VERY glad I didn't get the Honda Nav.
Plays DVDs, and has Navigation with traffic, XM, Rear camera, and a ton more.
Best part is the 30GB HDD that will rip your CDs. I have about 30 CDs on it and counting... no need to keep changing out CDs in the trunk
