need new head gasket for b16. what kind is best?
So i had my motor for a long time now and i have no idea when the head gasket was replaced. im changing the cam seal and headgasket. Im wondering what kind is best?

Honda Motor company has a very large budget that they can test their products on. If the product (in this case a headgasket) has a defect they can spend money to make it better; thus making it an overall better part.
A company like Toda (Toda is a VERY good company and design very high quality parts for Honda) doesn't have nearly the budget like Honda does. Their metal headgaskets are definitely good, but I would have a lot more faith in a Honda gasket for the long run.
