I have searched and wanted to get a more acurrate answer/opinion from you all.
I have a 93 accord LX with an IDLE fluctuation ONLY in park or Neutral. When I start the car it it jumps to 2500 RPM and fluctuates from there. I unplugged the TPS and the idle stays at about 2000 RPM or so.

Before you ask, I checked:

-for vacuum leaks and have found none.
-checked the egr and seems to be operating fine.

-I also tried cleaning the TB with TB cleaner, to make sure it wasn't sticking.

Your help is appreciated

 

it's a vacum leak, turn the adjuster inside the FITV in a couple turns
