I have scowered the internet and ive tried that site but they dont cover the Honda Integra DC5 2001 model for the Australian marketed Version. They only cover the Accord Integra which is totally different setup. Thanks anyway.

Is it not just a right hand drive version of a 2000-2001 USDM Acura Integra? If so this may help. 94

And by the way, the way he installs it without the kit doesn't look all that much different, and using a kit is probably alot more stable...

Default dc5 stereo security wire - how do you defeat it?

Yuck didnt like the way that install was carried out ! not satisfactory ! once again this web site car stereo installation is not for the dc5 model for the aussie market. The stereo is in the centre of the stylish dash above the center console. After much pleading and beging got a print out direct from the honda service yard and its similar but a few tricks to get it out. i will scan and post shortly.

Got the plug wiring as well. there is two versions as well. addition looming for the bose mode for included amps and hatch sub. But in both cases there is a security wire to the stereo- any idears on how you defeat it? do you simply tie to ground or to 12V? hmmmmm
