Default Catalytic Converter Options

I have a 1995 Honda Accord, I plan on doing a H22a swap in the next month or so. I am trying to get most of the little things I will need for my swap before it gets to my door, as it will give me more time to work while it’s under warranty. Since it was advised to get a H22a catalytic converter for the swap (accord's to big), I thought I might as well get some input/advise. I hear of N/A cars going with High Flow catalytic converter and test pipes all the time. Would I benefit any from going this route or should I just stay with the Prelude/H22a catalytic converter? I have also heard that if you remove the catalytic converter that every once and awhile you car will burp flames, is this true?

*One a side note I don't plan on doing anything heavy (I.e. Turbo/Supercharge)

what you mean accord coverter is too big? if you are installing an exhaust (2.5" for example) get a converter that will fit that exhaust.

I'm so glad you mentioned that to him!!

Please... my friend... stay away from "straight pipes", "test pipes" and that kind of BS (excuse me... but that's what it is).
Get something that is efficient, gets the job done, cleans the air, doesn't mess with your gas mileage or triggers your CEL.
Magnaflow and random technology.... they are the REAL thing for you!
