Default 98 Acura Navi & Radio Question

My battery died yesterday and when I got a jump everything reset, I know my radio code, just don't remember how to input it. And I have no idea how to get my navi system to work again, I'm a second owner and the dealership never gave me a driver's manual or the code for the navi system.

So two questions.
How do I input the radio code
How do I reset the navi code?
