Does anyone know where the best shops are for motor swaps, specializing in OBD1 conversions for California smog regulations (for BAR sticker) in my area?

I live in the South Bay Area, CA. I am looking for a quality shop close by (within 2 hrs) that can do my whole OBD1 GSR motor swap in my EF hatch. I have most the parts but I just don’t have the time with my work schedule, and I am looking for a somewhat short downtime.
