Can anyone tell me if the Ground Controls are off a Civic?

well thats a fact, those aren't for any 88-00 civic or integra.

Yeah...the collars are too short to be for 88-00 civic or integra. The pieces on the top of the springs aren't used for that application either.

I seriously doubt Eibach knows that ground control uses "this spring" for such and such coilover, for this model car.
Eibach makes tons of springs. Ground control buys what it needs from eibach to fit it's desired specs for Inner diameter, length, and spring rate for each application.
also don't forget the sleeves are different (machined different internally) for Koni dampers compared to sleeves for Tokicos, Kyb's , etc. which has no effect on the model/spec of spring used
i'd call ground control and see if they can figure out by the pictures.
Those look more like they are for a VW setup
