itr parts shipping cost
If you have the dimensions and weight, you can look up shipping costs on the websites for FedEx, UPS, and USPS (the post office). In general, I've found that FedEx Ground is least expensive within the Lower 48, and USPS is lowest to Hawaii and the Pacific. You can save money by packing it and labeling it yourself and dropping it off, rather than paying a sh*tload more for some UPS Store to do so.
For oversized items, another place to check rates is Greyhound, which I've used to ship a bumper. If you're in a hurry, you can pay more for "next bus out" service and choose which bus you want to use by schedule, but you can save money by not doing so.

I have no idea on the seats, but one option on teh catback is to get a box for the muffler part and then just wrap the hell outta the bpipe in bubble wrap and tape and send it w/o box.
IIRC, I sent my Mugen exh (catback + box for muff) for ~$40 FedEx ground.

Bingo! That's what I would recommend. The seats, errr...Find a real big box.
