Default Began My Built LS into sedan swap today.

Well after 3 months of gathering parts. I am finally ready to drop my B18B1 in my 89' civic dx. I am using stock b16 crx linkage, innovative mounts and a megan header. The car is Bone stock, and i mean that. There are no mods. But after the motor is in I think that will be a huge step for this car, I bought the motor before I bought the car! Was originally going into my rex but I got tired of looking at the rex(not a big fan) and traded it off. So here goes the swap, have questions? Feel free to ask, I am NOT doing a HOW-TO, Im doing somewhat of a "build" thread. Here are some simple specs on the engine, Im using a cable ls tranny for now:

Rywire conversion Harness > obd1.

1995 B18b1
Crower 404 Cams
Crower Double Springs and Tit. Retainers
DH-R Head, Ported, Polished, 5 angle valve job
Megan Header
Skunk 2 Intake Manifold
B&M FPR w/ Guage
Stock B injectors
JDM ITR Pistons
ARP head studs
ARP Rod Bolts
STR Cam gears, stock seals.
Fidanza 7.5 lb. Flywheel
Excedy Organic Clutch (stage 1)
CTR pulley (OEM Honda)

The car is in my garage now, Im getting pics up soon of the progress.
I am supposed to be getting it tuned by a guy in Florida (MMuller her on H-T)
but he hasnt talked to me in a while. So if you can tune with Crome and are in SC in wouldnt mind street tuning my car let me know how much you charge.
i am hoping for 165-170whp out of this setup. Thanks for looking.

If you have any comments, and or suggestions let me hear em!

DAY 2. MOTOR IS OUT AND SITTING ON THE FLOOR.

Well, the swap became agrivating and time stressed, I decided too not take pictures of the progress. So here is a final pic.

Tip:

Replace your axle seals on your tranny before installing motor.

Installed the plx m300

how much do you estimate the compression will be? you might need more for 170whp, thats quite a bit for na especially on a 1.8

Compression is in the around 11:5:1 with the milled head and pistons.

yea thats it. it was in the HOT ROD power tour, the tour came to columbia. It is the nicest engine bay I have ever seen. The e-fans, and hood hinges are flawless, and the wire job is sick.

Good luck. I am fortunate to be able to use my fathers garage, I bring a little heater over when I work on it and it heats up the garage well.

I am still waiting on parts from Inlinefour.com, these folks are the worst. I warn you guys of there service and shipping time. I ordered from them on December 16th, they still have not shipped it. I called them, the guy put me on hold for about 5 minutes, then to tell me that my order was being shipped out tommorow. Tommorow was on Wednsday. Im pissed, I need this ****, Intake Manifold gasket, oil filter (HONDA), FP guage, 2.5 flange for header, itr throttle cable and bracket....
