Default 96-99 00 front end conversion

yo i got a 96 civic. got in an accident. looking to get 99-00 civic front end parts. will i be able to use a 99 civic hood fendersand headlights with a 96 civic front bumper? just dunno much of the difference. any help? NA GSR

Modify the front radiator support

or you can just cut some small slits in the bumper to make it fit and not use the top bolts. its a little more ghetto, but still very functional. you really dont need the radiator support.

i have a new 96 civic rad support that i will need to weld onto the car. what exactly needs to be changed to the rad support to allow this conversion? any help greatly appreciated.

did search for parts thats why im asking. and did search topic found other conversions. and already have a wtb add and fs adds. thanks. just have it saying for 96-98 stuff. but was looking for 99-00 conversions. was told about it. and i deff like those headlights better.

if you are changing the radiator support anyways...you might as well get a 99-00 radiator support and do the conversion right

too late already purchased the 96-98. unless someone wants to trade it for the 99-00 one. new oem.

ill i gotta do is move the rad support brackets on the rad support? thats no prob for a fabricator.

u don't need to change any radiator supports. just spend the extra money on a 99-00 bumper and slap the whole thing on. since u bought a new radiator support just put it in. ur 99-00 front end will fit on with no hassle onto the 96-98 radiator support.

okay im looking at doing this conversion. got a jdm 99-00 civic bumper im looking at and jdm fenders wit the sidemarkers. ima need headlights and a hood. they will both have to be for the 99-00 as well correct? just gotta make sure this hood will fit. thanks for everyones input!
