yea it will i had all the bars back in the day off ebay they all said 92-95 civic and fit on my 89 hatch the only one that didnt fit was the front lower.

 

I wouldnt chance it...i dont think it will...but if this guy "above" says it will go for it...but i would buy something for your application, plus ebay bars suck...trust me i put two on my car nothing...then i put on a suspension techniques sway bar...wow...save and buy the sb...unless you have one already

 

When I took my lower tie bar off my 95 Civic and put it on my 90, I had to adjust the endlinks because it was about an inch off.

Because this one is not adjustable, it won't work. The only tie bars that fit both 88-91 and 92-95, are ones with adjustable endlinks.
