Default Clutch n Tranny / LS Vtec ?

Hello
my car got jacked but recoverd with only the center counsel stolen and traded seat's...so i thought everything was good, but they also screwed up my starter, but got that fixed...then i thought i was set for the road again, but then when i was on the freeway in 5th for awhile i took the gear out to neutral and tried to downshift, but couldnt get it into 4th, nor 3rd, nor 2 so i just stoped the car by breaking...then i tried to get it moving again in 1st, but the gear wouldnt go in i had pushed as far down as possible on the clutch and tried gently n smoothly with the stick and as hard as i could as well...the gear wouldnt go in....i turned off the car then put it in 1st and got the car home...

so now what i am told is that my clutch is done, but i am not sure if my tranny is as well

the car currently has LS/Vtec with type R pistons & IHE...pretty simple its pretty tourquey and pulls strong, as for a clutch a had a Stage 3, 6 puck, sprung clutch...effin stiff and luanches nice, but some will arguee that, thats to much of a clutch for my set up (oh BTW i have a ek coupe "ej")

so my two questions are

Do you think my tranny is busted aswell? and
What clutch to get for my set up?

thanx in advance

sounds like clutch to me
Id just get a stock clutch or one thats a little stronger...youre probably not making enough power to justify super tough clutch.

clutch for sure. i think the clutch you have is fine. cause what if later on you decide to get more for the motor and make some more power, you gonna need the clutch

i was refering to the EJ7
