Need Help wiring 91 HONDA CIVIC HALO PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS+CONRER

I bought my son these headlites and in addition to the bulbs there are 4 extra wires (2 red, 2 white) and I'm not sure where to wire these...apparently they must be hooked up because the headlamps did not work just by hooking up the bulbs. It's going to rain and we've got the bumper off!!!!!!!!
PLEASE HELP!!

the 2 red and 2 white wires should be for the halo's...someone correct me if I'm wrong

sounds right to me...however i dont see why the headlights would not turn on by not having those wires hooked up...lol are you sure there are bulbs in the fixture?
