Default help me decide on a TIG welder

first off is this Mitec bran that I've never heard but the description and the duty cycle sounds awesome
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...QrdZ1

second is this small Miller but i dont know if it is powerfull enough to weld turbo manifolds or even thick aluminum..........the price is right though
http://cgi.ebay.com/MILLER-MAX...wItem

should i go with a trusted name or with the great value Mitec???

The miller isn't an AC machine you won't be able to do aluminum. You need an AC/DC machine.

Miller syncrowave 200 would be #1, and old 180sd miller, or the lincoln 185 or 225 tig machines. All are under 2000 new, and used 180 millers or 185 lincolns should be about 1200-1500 in good shape. With TIG, it's worth it to spend more.
