Hi there....Ill try my luck with answers here in the ITRarea (didn“t get any from suspension)

Im about to buy Spoon Adjustable Damper Kit (Coilovers) for my ITR. the question I have is; which springrate kg/mm is suggested? My teg has aprox 90000 km of streetuse and lets say 600 km at the track. The bushings are what I know never been changed. A-J racing recommend 18kg front and 16 kg rear. anyone with experience from hard springs and oem bushnings?

i would replace the suspension bushings if they have never ever been changed out since youre going to be removing the dampers anyhow....that is, if you have the cash and if they look beat.

i'd say replacing them with the oem bushings would be my choice, though many others would probably guide you to aftermarket (stiffer) bushings.

and the spring rate....thats all dependant on your preference...considering the statistics you put up, you use this mainly for the street, so I would think 18k/16k is going to be on the harsher side for street use...especially if you live near a pothole prone location.

 

okej I see! the reason for my change of coilovers is to improve the teg on the track....i use the car daily(during summer) but the reason I bought the car is to drive on the track. as for now IĀ“m running on KW variant 2 or 3 dont know...the guy that i bought it from said it was 3 but it sure dosent look like the variant 3 more like 2.
im going to check after some receipt of bushings and then make my decision about the bushings!
