Default planning an all motor build

ok, i want to do a budget all motor build. i was wondering what the highest compression you can do on 91 octance would be. also, if i were to bump it up above that, could i use a water/methanol injection kit to keep it from detonation?

i would REALLY like to hit 250whp n/a on 91 octane. this would sit me perfectly into the 12's, and still be very daily driveable.

oh, what i was thinking was:

k24 block
IB spec rods
cp 11.5:1 compression pistons
k20z3/a2 head
full crower valvetrain
DTR 4-2-1 header
3" intake
kteller 3" exhaust.
hondata kpro
still undecided on cams

what does everyone think

Your words water/methanol injection and very daily driveable dont sound to right to me. Bump the compression up to about 13 and then youll be cookn! Just tune the ignition maps around the low quality gas and ull be set. You could see 270 with that setup!

Another 13-1 guy on 91 octane. I thought most of them had "blowed-up" by now and gone back to a stock D-15 because Mom took her VISA card back.
