Default those with Fullrace crossmember - what header??

This would be great for FAQ if filled up.

If you have an ef with a full race cross member, what header are you using? please include pics

if not full race, and you are fitting a really nice aftermarket header, what crossmember are you using?

please include pics

i'm assuming you have a B swap so aside from the cross member issues in our EF's, one other major concern is the ground clearance. i have done some quite good searching here in HT(mostly in the All Motor forum, with pix) and so far there's just few names that clears the buttom part perfect fit. so i went with the RMF Narrow(which i haven't receive yet till now, Randy's so busy so no pix )

1. RMF Narrow - with slight dent on your OE cross member - it'll fit
2. SMSP B18/B19
3. Rage Tri-Y, Hytech - hangs so low
4. Toda - depending on your block if it's a/b/c
5. JDM ITR
6. JG 4-2-1 one piece with 2.5" collector mod - so far the best bang for the back header but i haven't seen pix of it in an EF.

try searching in the all motor forum for more pix

yea, i was meaning b series motors. but, if you got info for other series motors, its always good to compile info.

here's one. the JG edelbrock race header in my friends 91 civic si, on b18c5 fits great with some minor cutting of the OE cross member. it sits as low if not higher than the oil pan. mind you, a b16 with less deck height may have the header sitting lower, but i doubt it will be bad at all.

I have a rage tri-y and it does hang low as mentioned. With that crossmember you can run just about anything as far as space is concerned.

I have the apexi header on my b16ef and i had to notch out the oem crossmmber about 1/2" max (i cut and folded and then rewwelded it to make sure it was as strong as factory) to allow it to fit but have no clearance issues it sits tight to the oil pan.
