new tires
in about a month i am going to be ordering some new rims and tires...i have 3 tires in mind which are the nitto neo gen, toyo proxes t1r, and the new falken fk series tire. any suggestions on what to get? i want a really good tire. no snow or anything like that here
Define 'good'.
Do you want something that grips really well or that lasts a long time?
Do you want something that is really good in the dry or do you care about wet traction?
Do you want something that that is super performance or something that is a little more economical?
Is this for a DD or do you actually take this car autocrossing?

from what you have picked out the only one that is going to give ou any amount of good dry grip is the toyo...if you want a good dry tire and wet tire at an economical price then i would go with the kumho spt..if you want a good dry grip tire and don't care about the wet to much then i would choose the falken 615. my two cents

I would add that the Falken Azenis RT-615 wears pretty quickly (you'll only get about a third as many miles as the Kumho SPT). If you care about value (purchase price and treadlife), the Kumho SPT is much better than the Toyo or the Falken FK-452. If you decide on the SPT, you should be aware that the $40 rebate from Kumho expires this coming Sunday.
I also don't understand why you even mentioned the Nitto NeoGen, which is an all-season tire, since you said you don't have to worry about snow.
