Default FS/FT B17 equipped 1993 DA RS Integra, EXCELLENT mechanical condition!! : Alabama

Updated: Now accepting trade + cash

VIN: JH4DB2384PS000430

Here's the quick history of the car: Vehicle was owned by a friend who was building it as a project car using a complete DA GSR that had been hit in the rear. Well he ended up getting married and his new wife just didn't have room for a new project car. He is one of those SUPER meticulous car owners that wants to do everything to perfection. He has one of the nicest H22 swapped EG hatches I have ever seen and this car is no different in the care he took when doing the swap.

Instead of just straight swapping the engine he gave the car a COMPLETE overhaul to ensure it would be in perfect running condition which included the following parts. Please note I have put less than 7,000mi on the car since the swap. The parts are:

1. New timing belt and water pump.
2. New OEM head-gasket and injector seals < (see I told you he was freaking crazy.)
3. New oil pan, oil pan gasket, drain plug and oil pickup.
4. New clutch Exedy stage II clutch.
5. New radiator, coolant hoses and radiator fan.
6. New battery.
7. New distributor cap, rotor button and plug wires.
8. Billet cam seal cap.
9. Re-coated valve cover and even the battery tie down piece (yeah the battery tie down lol)
10. Poly engine mounts inserts.
11. New axles.

In addition of course to the complete GSR engine AND transmission the car comes with the following:

The complete GSR dash (no I don't just mean the GSR gauge bezel, he freaking swapped the whole dash lol), DA GSR front and rear seats and the GSR rear plastic panels. The only thing in the interior that is not from a GSR are the door panels and the area around the e-brake.

Car is riding on DC2 LS mesh wheels wrapped in brand new Kumho SPT ultra high performance summer tires and was just given an alignment by Kelley Tire and Service Center in Grove Hill, Alabama less than 800 miles ago.

Engine mods are only an Injen intake and DC ceramic coated header mated to the stock RS exhaust via a test pipe with welded 02 bung.

Interior features a Kenwood EZ-500 MP3 receiver. This receiver was selected because it perfectly matches the GSR gauge cluster lighting and is Sirius radio ready. It powers 4 Infinity Reference speakers in the stock locations with the stock coverings. Receiver was installed with a harness adapter kit for easy install/removal and all connections were soldered. As mentioned earlier the receiver is Sirius compatible and functional. The person that buys the car will get several months of FREE SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO paid for by yours truly as an extra bonus.

Now for the quick list of CONS:

1. AC has been completely removed.
2. The fan controls for the vents only work on medium-high and high.
3. The vent selection controls are weird as I think the wires are mixed up in the back. Example: If you select for it to blow out of the floor vents it blows out of the front vents instead.
4. Could use a rear driver side shock, you can hear it thump when you hit a bad bump.
5. Fog lights aren't wired up.
6. Rear side seat belts are not installed (I've got them but just haven't pulled the side panels to put them in yet). The middle one is in though.
7. The oil pressure light on the dash flashes because the sensor is bad and unplugged. Yes it has oil pressure of course (how many cars without oil pressure run for 7,000mi and always have VTEC lol?). It has been like this since I've had the car and was like this when he had it as well.
8. The car is no beauty queen on the exterior, has a replaced front fender and could just overall use a nice paint job.

Bottom line: This is a perfect running B17 equipped car with a very strong motor (ran a 14.8 at the track just as it sits) and excellent interior. It will make a wonderfully fun daily driver or an exceptional base for a project car.

Pics:

(BTW these pics are a little old, I'll update with some daylight shots as soon as I can get time)

I am in no dire need to sell or trade the car and it will only be sold to a Honda enthusiast that I think will appreciate the car for what it is. If I look around Honda-Tech and see you are some street stunna that will probably add NAWZ, throw on some under-glow lights and generally neglect it then you can forget about it as far as I'm concerned. Well kept B17's are hard to come by and I'd like someone that will appreciate and take care of this car to be it's new owner.

What I'm looking for in terms of trade or trade plus cash (I will not be putting out any cash on my end): A preferrably bone stock daily driver Honda of any sort that gets as good or better gas mileage (about 31mpg highway) WITH A WORKING AC. I'm looking for something at least EG chassis or newer. Will also consider Accords. In fact a base model 5-speed CD7 Accord would be perfect.

Thanks for looking.
