Default converting linkage

Im about to order a b18c5 for my 90 crx, and i was wondering if I should stick with the ITR tranny or get a ys1 with lsd? I think the ITR's gearing would suit me fine and itd have a lsd, plus im getting it for a great deal. Guy said its easy to convert from hydro to cable with HASport's kit. Anyone here personally done that who can vouch for that? I may be able to get the motor from another place and they could mix trannies so i could get a cable one, but then id be paying prob. close to $500 more. I think the b18c5 with stock itr tranny would be better for me. anyone got any input?

keep the ITR tranny. Definetly not worth paying $500 more for a tranny thats worth less, and also may not have LSD.

you are going cable to hydro? i havent heard about many of those conversions, hydro car to cable clutch though i have heard of. in your 90 crx, I myself would searchfor that ys1 because its going to be hard to slap that ITR in and make it work. HASport kit is for hydro car to cable now the other way around...

yea, i thought itd be difficult. guy im buying motor from says there is a way to convert and other people are saying that, but thats the only kit i see from hasport is going hydro to cable. is it maybe it will change linkage from tranny to cable linkage, if you get what i mean? not really a tranny guy so its difficult to explain what i mean. oh well. trinity told me to try on this board, as she said a fellow by the name of mackcmg did it. maybe he can help me
